Here are some pictures of some of my intro sculpture students pouring bronze at the
Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, OH. I was a full time faculty member
in the sculpture department there during the 2001-2002 school year. Safety equipment
is a bit on the sketchy side when you pour with Chris Tolbert. I have never seen the guy
make a mistake, I don't think.

No ceramic shell at CCAD; plaster investment only. 3 parts silica, one part plaster. The
burnout kiln at CCAD was a giant electric machine while I was there, but it has since been
replaced with a gas unit.
