Cylinders is a pair of elements intended to be a humorous study of dissimilar and similar materials. One component of the piece is a chemically rusted steel plate supporting a machined and acid-pickled steel cylinder. The steel form is immobilized by three foam stops. The other   part of the piece is a large solid lead cylinder resting on a steel plate with a burned oil patina.
